Sheraton Vistana Resort

Quick question about the Sheraton Vistana Resort for those of you who have stayed their recently.


Is there internet access inside the rooms or only in the business center. We will be there for a week and i'm trying to determine if i'll need to buy some type of advice to have internet access. I really don't want to have to go to the business center.

It is in the rooms, but I had trouble with it part of the time we were there and had to use an alternate method. Sometimes it worked fine.

We were way off in one corner of the resort, so that may have made the difference. Or it might have just been down for a couple of days. Since I had an alternate, I never called to inquire.

There was WiFi in my unit in the Springs when I visited last April.

When you establish your WiFi connection, your browser will be redirected to a home page for the resort. You can either select paid access or free access I believe. Click the Free Access button then agree to a license agreement. At the time, I had to enter a password that was available on the Resort TV's announcements channel.

While you cannot stay connected continuously for more than a few hours, it suffices.
