I was on the internet getting prices for a 2 bedroom villa, the second room has 2 twin beds. Does this mean that I will be staying in an older unit? Do any of the newer units have twin beds?

The only units I know of with 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are in Courts and Falls. I know from personal experience that the units in Courts are in very good shape. They are the oldest, but they're very nice. I have read here on the boards that those in the Falls have been recently refurbished. Yes these are older sections. I know for a fact that Cascades (newest) has 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. I expect that Lakes (another new one) has the same, judging from pictures I've seen.

Did you like staying in the courts? I am so afraid that they will be run down. Is falls or courts closer to the main pool area? Also, did the courts have a jacuzzi. I can book the courts and falls for 99.00 a night, I am thinking that I should just book it for that low price.

We liked Courts. The units were not run down; they had definitely been redone. We also had more room in our Courts unit than we've had in any of the other units we've ever had at the Vistana. Our Courts unit was a 2 story, for 2 bedrooms. I do not know whether all are like this but ours was. It was very clean, and everything was in good condition. It was quite close to the majority of the pools on property. All were about a 3 minute walk from the unit. The Courts unit did not have a jacuzzi in the unit; just 2 showers.
The Falls units are fairly close to the main pool area as well. The distance does of course depend on where exactly in the section you are located.
My only concern for your rate would be if some of the other older sections are included in this rate. You may want to do a diamond lane check in after you reserve, and see what you can request for better units. That rate is excellent though for that resort. It's really an amazing resort even if it has a couple of sections that are less than perfect.

Thank you very much for your quick and informative responses. What other older sections are there? I thought courts and falls were the oldest. I definately will call diamond lake. We were looking into booking this property with a timeshare presentation, but this rate is only a little more money and no aggravation.
