sheraton vistana or vacation village at parkway through RCI extra vacations??

Through a friend who owns RCI, she can book me an extra vacation for us at either of the above mentioned resort for the same price. A one bedroom that sleeps 4.
In your opinion, which one would be better suited for us and why?
We are a family of 2 adults 2 young children and are interested in spending a week in Orlando: 4 days at either of these resorts swimming mostly, 2 days at Sea World and one day at a state park. Therefore, proximity to Disney is not an issue this trip.

Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Also, 1)would a one bedroom at Sheraton Vistana offer an in room jacuzzi?
2) When booking an extra vacation through RCI, would our friend have to pay extra for an RCI guest certificate? If so, how much?
