Sheraton Vistana or Marriott Grande Vista

Planning a trip with the family and trying to choose between these two.

I have seen good posts about the Sheraton but the Marriott has a better deal with the Visa discount.

Any big differences between the two?

Stayed at the Vistana last Sept and going back this year. Looked at others as well but the location of the Vistana is what brought us back. They are right on 535 2/3 lights from Downtown. I am sold on the Vistana why learn a new area and we had a great time there.
