Review Sheraton Vistana Court Villlas

Right now we are booked to stay in the Court section of the Sheraton Vistana resort in Aug. of 2010.
I see that is when the renovations are supppose to start-I was wondering what the Court section is like and if any one had pictures of this area/rooms at Vistana. Thanks

We stayed in Courts#5 last week...I didn't take any pictures because the room was very UNpicture worthy. It looks NOTHING like any of the pictures on that link above. It was not renovated and VERY old. Ancient plumbing---we had to have them come and fix the tubs because they wouldn't hold water. The toilets were very loud, old with nonfitting tank lids and you had to hold the handle down forever to get them to flush. The carpet was dirty and old. Sliding wood doors to the bedrooms. We also had huge problems with noise from the villa overhead (people stomping, dancing, screaming and yelling and chasing their kids around until 3am most nights). It had not been renovated---but they were working a few hours a day on courts#4 next door.

If you have a 2 bedroom be forewarned that Courts has 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. It sleeps 6 if you use the sofabed.

We really were not impressed.

We stayed in a newly renovated Courts this past April and it was gorgeous. and it looked nothing like those pictures. It was a 2 bedroom that slept 8; master br had king, second br had 2 doubles and then a full pull out couch.

we were told that the only renovations still going on were a couple of Courts buildings.

just be sure to request a renovated unit. maybe they will all be done by August.
