Hi all...
Anyone ever stayed at this resort? Friends of ours are going there for their 4th year in a row and are trying to convince us. I don't think I can break away from the "in the park" thing! Anybody with any experience on this one? The room would be $159 a night in late February...2 doubles, separate living room with sleeper sofa and full kitchen. I don't really think I'd ever change over, but wanted to hear what the DIS'ers had to say!:sunny:

We've stayed there. The rate was great - the room was just OK. The room seemed "well used". The sleeper sofa in the living room wasn't very comfortable. We had a view of the pool area. The kids liked the pool.
Maid service wasn't very good. One day they didn't show up until after 5PM - that was after we called.
Ther are plenty of food choices close, which is nice. There's a Chili's across the street - that's one of our favorites.
Access to the park is easy using the Hotel Blvd.
It really didn't impress us much. We haven't been back.

Space is great. Pool area and slide are great. It isn't a Disney Resort though and doesn't feel like one to me. Transportation to the parks, not so great.
TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!

Our kitchen consisted of a sink with a small fridg next to it and a microwave above it. If you don't mind having less room, I'd stick with "on property". We've gone the end of Feb. for the last 2 years and paid 119.00 or less for POR. ~:D~
