Due to a convention massively increasing hotel prices the weekend I'm visiting, I was looking at these two properties which are a bit further away. Has anyone stayed at them recently?
I've been to the Anaheim Marriott Suites years ago and felt that the rooms were a bit old. Breakfast was good for Anaheim area hotels though.
Never been to the Sheraton Garden Grove and was wondering how the rooms and executive lounge are.
Since the price is similar, I was leaning towards the Suites but if the Sheraton Garden Grove is nice, I may pick that. I'm mostly wondering if it matches up in quality to the nearby Hyatt Regency, Convention Center Marriott or Convention Center Hilton. If it's not better than the Sheraton Park Hotel quality wise, I'd go with the Marriott Suites.
