Shell's Seafood question. Please help

Seasons52 is an excellent restaurant located in the West Sand Lake Road restaurant enclave. It specializes in using whatever items are in season at the time of your visit, hence the Seasons52 name. Excellent service and perfectly prepared, fresh food at prices that I found to be quite reasonable for dining of this caliber. You can see a representative menu at the site I've linked. Eat here if you can squeeze it in on your trip. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
