Shell Go and airmiles

So I got gas this am used shell go and my app said after of course airmiles inactive . Be careful and check your go memberships. It’s taken three emails and they said they have added my airmiles and my bonus book but aren’t showing yet .

We find the app to be glitchy at times. We have experienced this at times. Dh will uninstall and the install again, and then it will work fine. But it is definitely something to be aware of.
