It's OK there's still a dull ache

It's 64 here...I have jeans and a sweatshirt on and I'm still cold!

When you're home and you're on the computer or watching tv, you should keep it elevated and put a heating pad on it.

It's chilly here, too, but it's warmer than your temp.
