The story of Cassie Bernall, from life until death, as told by her family and close friends.

Have you read this book? Do you have any opinions on Cassie's life? Do you think that another Columbine like incident will happen?

I read this book a year ago, and it really touched me. It opened my eyes to today's world.

I think that Cassie possibly made one of the best sacrifices: dying for her beliefs. Part of that book did scare me, such as the "Murder She Wrote" chapter in particular.

I still haven't had the chance to read She Said Yes, therefore, I don't have a strong opinion about her life.

Do I think another Columbine-type incident will happen?
Yes, I do. It's a horrible thing to think about, but, there are other children our age that look up to Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Sad as it is, schools are still at risk for something like this to happen again.

I read this book. So meaningful. So powerful. So amazing. Gives everyone a little more awareness. I reccomend this to anyone.

Yes I read this book. Many times actually.

Cassie's life was a very up and down one. Intense patches when she was into the cult and drugs and whatnot. But inside I really never thought she was one of those kids. Her hesitance in some things quesitoned my belief that she was actually that bad.

Whatever happened to her at that camp, whatever it was really saved her life. Now you might be thinking huh? has Jenny gone nuts? No I think well it is a long story.

Her stepping up for what she believes in, really touched me. I am going to admit it, if I knew those kids were going to shoot me if I believed in God I would have told them no. Even though Cassies life had been rocky she still believed in God that much to risk her life.

Sometimes when reading the book I would sit and stare at the pictures for a while, as I sometimes do with people who have passed away, and just thought. Thought what was she like? And things like that.

I just want everyone to also remember Cassie was not the only tragic murder of that day. She was also not the only one who stood up for her belief. She was just the only who got her story published for the world to see. So I think we should all remember the other victims of that day.

Do I think something like this will happen again. Of course! As history will always repeat itself. No doubt that something as big as this at a school or bigger will happen in the near future. It is just how the world works. Hatred is everywhere. There is no stopping it.

I also want to remind everyone the Columbine was not the only school to have had something like that happen to it. Many other schools have been shot down by rebelious kids trying to show off there hatred.

Prayers for the families of all victims of school shootings around the world.

I have read the book, although not recently, many times.
Cassie's life was a blessing. She died how I think she may have wanted to, defending God.
I think it's very possible another Columbine incident may happen, especially with some of the stuff that's gone on at our High School.

Bravo, Jenny.

If I was held at gunpoint and was asked "Do you believe in God?" I would say yes, as well. For, it you deny God, you can never go to heaven. *Get's off religous soap box*

The other stories should have been told, such as Rachel Scott, and Isaiah Somethingorother. (I forgot his last name)

I've not read the book. But I know about the incident.

She did what she believed in. She knew she was going to die, and Christians believe in heaven after they die. If dying for her god took her to her heaven, who am I to disagree?
