Just wanted to thank Sharon at Wilderness Lodge front desk for the upgrade to conceirge on December 3, 2005. We were truly surprised and overwhelmed. She wouldn't take our tip $ for a thank you. So, I hope she or Disney will see this and reward her for her kindness. 
We had just come back from a 7 day Disney Magic cruise and were a bit depressed. I surprised my family with one night after the cruise at WL. We have never stayed there before (always wanted to) and usually stay somewhere cheaper. The surprise was then on me when Sharon said we have upgraded you to conceige. I didn't even know what that meant. WOW! we were so spoiled! Thanks for making our trip even more MAGICAL!
