WOW!
We just stumbled onto this place and now have fell in love with it! We always knew that it was there but never tried to brave it out with reservations or whatever it took to eat there. But now that we have tried it we are now hooked and must find a way to visit this place every time. We are Platinum AP'ers and have heard about Priority Seating but know nothing about it.
What do we need to do to get a seat for Lunch on our next visit?
The food is awesome and though we initially had sticker shock when we saw the menu we decided that we could get something that looked good but split it. We got an appetizer(Crab & Artichoke Dip), a salad(The Great White) and our entree' the Special of the Day Beef Kabobs and Stuffed Shrimp. After thoroughly enjoying the Salad and Apppetizer, our Main Course came out on two plates. The portions were large enough to be "Meal Size" so we questioned our server to whether it was a mistake and we mistakingly received two "Meals". She assured us that this was the "meal" Split for two. WOW! We ate heartily and unfortunately/fortunately did not have room for dessert.
Overall, the price was more than any eats anywhere else in the park but it is not comparable in quality or taste. We probably did not need to order 2 kids meal as they could have shared one. If there is anyone complaint about this place it is the Kid's Menu. The selection was slim and the food was not that good. We got a pasta which was OK and a Popcorn Shrimp that was Bready and not very tasty. The fries were the same that you get anywhere else in the park and we never liked them previously. But the Kid's are easy to please especially when you get the Kid's Drink with the Shark Head Coozie/Cover. Besides, kid's like ours snack everywhere throughout so eating a good lunch is not mandatory.
Regardless, we are hooked and will now plan visits to Sea World around our Sharks Underwater Grill Meal.
Please help with any advice so that we may continue to feed our addiction.
