Sorry if this is long...here goes:
DH and I are staying at one resort, while DD and her family are at another.
We will be on the DDP -ME and DH on one (2 adults), DDs (2 adults, 1 child) Each 7 nights.
DD and her family will be leaving early last day, and only using 6 TS credits.
One of the nights, Dh and I are taking the grandkids to dinner while DD and my SIL will go to dinnertogether, hopfully meeting SILs brother(lives in Orlando) and GF for dinner.
DD asked me if she could pay for her BILs 2 adult meals with their 2 credits they will not use. I told her that she could not get 4 adult meals on her KTTW card at one meal, because there are only 2 adults in her room/on her ddp.
I was wondering if we could pay for Me, DH andGrandson (2adults/1 child) using grandsons card (my DDs room) and my daughter could also use her card for 2 adult TSs at her restaraunt, and I could give my card to her BIL to use 2 adult credits.
The other option I thought of would be for them DD/DH and BIL/GF to have two separate bills, DD pays for theirs then gives BIL her card and he pays his in separate transaction. (This may be alot easier, too);)
I've heard where people were leaving a rest. and had leftover credits, and offered to pay for another partys' meal.
I don't want to cheat the system just be sure we get to use all availablr credits.

the nice answer is sorry, no, you should not even try that, because you cannot use the disney dining credits to buy meals for people who are not on the dining plan. That is clearly stated in the dining plan brochures. Basically, you are pre-paying at a discount for meals for the designated Disney guests on the package so they do not allow the credits to be used for non-Disney package guests. If some of the party will not be leaving early, so not there all the days to use the credits up at one table service per day, instead they can use credits to dine at 2 credit meals and such to use up their credits more quickly that way. How about eating at Cinderella's castle--that would use 2 credits per person and is quite the experience. Or the dinner shows can be quite fun, and they all take 2 credits per person. They should be able to use all their credits up before they leave, and get the luxury of some really nice meals/shows in the deal. That way, no credits go to waste that were paid for & it's all legitimate use of the credits you paid for.

Just a bit of friendly advice...might want to read the posting guidelines at the top of the threads on the main page. The mods will usually lock a thread with suggestions/questions about getting around Disney policy.
