Sharing Resort amenities

When staying at a Disney resort, can you use the facilities at all resort sites? We are staying at Pop Century and are hoping to use the water slides at the other hotles.

No, you cannot share pools with other resorts unless it is a sister resort. That would mean sharing pools within the Allstars resorts. You cannot pool hop at the others unless you are paying for that resort as it would be really unfair for the paying guests to put up with non paying ones. If you are a DVC member then you have special rules that apply.
