Sharing memory maker

We have 1 gold AP that includes the memory Maker. We are going with a group, will we be able to use our mm for the group or does each family/ person need to purchase their own?

If we share mm do we all need to be together?

They all need to be a part of the Friends & Family in the AP holder's MDE. Only the AP holder will be able to download the pictures.

If everyone is connected as 'family and friends' on the MDE app, the person with the Gold AP/photopass will be able to see and download everyone's photos that are scanned into it. And anyone can use their magic band to scan photos, so you don't all have to be together (the Gold person doesn't even have to be in the same park or on property, they'll still get everyone's photos).
