Sharing credits with toddlers

We are a family of 5, and our youngest will be 2 on our next trip, so she won't have her own dining plan. But she is 1 now and already eats as much as or more than her brothers. Would we be able to use one of their credits to get her own meal at a QS or TS restaurant? (I already know she will eat free at buffets and family styles). Can you redeem more credits than the number of plans you have?

I took my daughter at age 2.5 and honestly, at the Quick Service places, the kids meals were so huge that she split with the five year old with leftovers at every single place.
