I would really love it if my two 13 year olds could join my husband and I at V&A but I can't afford to take them both...would the restaurant let them share a meal?
I agree with PP. Will those kids be willing (without disrupting other diners) to sit thru a meal that will be well over two hours? This is really geared more for adult diners.....

I want to also warn that the flavor profile of the food at V&A is more complex than most restaurants. MZPRIYA, if your little vegetarians are anything like my little vegetarian the chef would have to dumb down the food A LOT. Here is an example of the Vegetarian menu: http://allears.net/menu/menu_vaveg.htm ... I think the only course my 11-year old daughter would eat would be dessert! It seems like a big waste of money if your kids eat like most kids.
thanks so much, my son was very excited to go when he heard about the place. He is very mature for his age but I think you are right about the flavors. Hard to gently talk him out of a 5 Diamond reataurant but he agreed to pizza with his friend in the room. wooh! Wont be spending the cost of my rent in a sitting YOU GUYS ROCK!
