Great Pics! Morgan is just adorable...and a carbon copy of mom! :goodvibes We have one of those in our house, but it goes the other way...Jacka is his Daddy made over! I simply provided blue eyes and a place to live for 38 weeks! :lmao:

Jennifer - beautiful pics!!!! Morgan is adorable!! Really reminds me of my DD (11)...they look a bit alike. Also...I feel your pain with that up and down 'tween attitude!! Glad you guys ha such am awesome trip! Now...get busy on that book!!

Another tween mom here too, maybe we need to make up our own "support" group to get through this!
I tell people its like riding a teeter totter, little girl one way, big girl the next...wish she would stay on the little girl side a lot longer!

Well, we were supposed to be going to Disney on Thursday for a week to celebrate ds' 16th bd but that is a no-go now as my Dad was recently put under hospice. :( Disney will be there another time.

Jill
Jill - i'm so sorry to hear this. i too canceled my trip when MA was sick. so i understand. and yes disney will always be there. PLEASE let me know if I can help in anyway. i've been there. I'm not too far from you. Honest. Anything I can do just let me know. my thoughts are with you.

Awww, you think I'm adorable? Sometimes I wonder where she comes from ;)

she totally comes from you. she is a clone of you! and both of you are adorable!!! just saying......

I am off on Thursday. There is a parade, but if it's raining, I'm so not going. We have dentist appointments in the afternoon, but would be free to meet around lunchtime?

The "Wall of Stars?" Morgan's going to get on the "Wall of Stars?!!" Yippeee! Of course I'll get it printed. Maybe tomorrow.

Let me know what works for you.
I wanted to put her school pic up there, but i did not want to wreck it.
can i be sooooo bold and ask for the peace sign one too?? please.......:goodvibes

So glad that you had a good time! But I bet it went by way too fast as vacations usually do. :( Your photos are gorgeous and so is your dd! :) I have a dd11 who does not like to get her picture taken much any more so I cherish the ones I can get now. Our last trip we ate at Chef Mickey's and she didn't want to have anything to do with the characters so one of my favorite pictures is when Mickey tried to kiss her when she was sitting in the chair away from him - ha! :)

Sure wasn't expecting SNOW when we woke up this morning!! :(

We did a 4-day cruise on the Wonder back in 2005 and hope to go on another cruise in the near future.

Enjoy the day!

Jill

Jill, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. My thoughts are with you. And, I was so NOT expecting snow this morning. Made me miss the Caribbean that much more.

Great pictures! Your daughter is adorable!

(When I was little, I had a Cabbage Patch doll named "Morgana" and I always said that was what I was going to name my daughter  A little bit older I still wanted to name my hypothetical child after my doll, but decided I would call her Morgan. I said this all my life, but alas it wasn't meant to be...my husband's best friend's daughter is named Morgan so we couldn't do it. Still, it has always been one of my favorite names! I say "one of" because my daughter is Audrey so that is now my favorite!) :rotfl:

Thank you, she is a keeper. Morgan is a family name for us - I was going to name her Catherine Morgan, but one of DH's cousins (who lives in our town), named their daughter Kate Morgan. They are in school together and I knew it would be a monumental PITA to have two girls with the same name in the same class...So, I went with Morgan Grace, and I'm so glad I did ;) She's a Morgan through and through.

Thanks, Anne. We had a ball. I keep thinking of stuff and giggling. It was a super time!

I keep thinking of how I could be home going through my pictures instead of at work. I can't wait to get started on it!

Oh my...If we both survive the 'tweens, I'll be SHOCKED!

You want another of her school picture too? The peace sign with Mickey? Why not, what's another 2 pictures when you're getting a whole bunch printed?

Thanks Pam and Suzanne!

I had the time to scan the "professional" photos that they took and I bought. I had planned on getting the CD, but since she didn't pose for many (and I wouldn't get the borders), I had to pick and choose.

those are so great....love the professional shot ones, she looks so grown up!

Love that Minnie one.

She looks sooooo grown up!

Jennifer--Morgan is simply gorgeous!!! As a mom with two teenage daughters I would suggest making copies of your favorite photo, framing it, and keeping it somewhere you can see it to remind you that once upon a time Morgan was a sweet little girl who adored you :love:

Because when they hit 15 and 16 the days that they are cute, sweet, and loving can be few and far between :rotfl: I have my photos to look at and know that one day I will be smart (and visible) again ;) and they love me no matter what they may say or do to show me otherwise :thumbsup2

I do the same thing when I look at Megan's pictures when she was a toddler, where did that sweet chunky face go? now it has a "mouth" on it (sometimes) I don't know why they have to grow up SOOOOOOOO fast!

Oh my gosh - those professional shots are absolutely gorgeous!!!! And I do know what you mean about her not looking 11.....I have one of those in my house too who will be 12 in January. I am scrapping pages from 2005 and looking at her at 6 and then at 11 and wondering where my baby girl went! :(

And you have made me want to go on another cruise!! We were thinking about next year but I've got to get dh to get more vacation time for all these trips I have planned. :)

And a silly thing here...but now I know what you look like so I don't have to stalk other ladies at Mike's or ACM or Joann's if they have a dd around 11 to see if it's you - I keep thinking one day we are going to run into each other at one of those stores. :)

Thanks so much for sharing the pictures!

Jill

Yes, I will need reminders that she was a sweet little girl, won't I? Really, I'm very very lucky, she's a good girl, but sometimes...

Jill, I'd love to meet you - without stalking involved!

Hey Jennifer, I just checked out all your pictures from your trip. What a blast you guys had.. I love all the pictures you posted. Thanks for sharing. I did want to :sad1: when you said it would be a fight to get Morgan to pose with the characters. Say it is not true? I guess one day my little ds4 will fight me tooth and nail to stand next to Mickey. Then I will :sad1: I think that is my favorite part of going to Disney....meeting the characters.

I love the picture of Morgan holding Tinkerbell. That one just touched my heart. She looks so adorable in all those photos. Love your guys Mickey T dyed shirts. They look fabulous.

She really gave me a hard time. I was sad about it, but I know it's just a phase. I think she didn't think it was *cool* to pose with the characters. I did tell her that no one knows her there, and that *everyone* was doing it, but...Ah well. I hope the next time she won't be so difficult.
