I bought shares in Disneyland Paris many years ago (back when you had to do it direct through a broker, no on-line options then) and everything was great - got the shareholder card and have made full use of it.
Then about a year ago, I received a letter from Societe Generale telling me that they were now managing my shares instead of BNP Paribas (who all my previous dealings had been with) and I now needed to register for an account with them. Bascially I decided to put this off, as we had no trips planned to DLP at that time, but also because they wanted all sorts of proof of ID and with me being very lazy, I couldn't be bothered to get all that photocopied and sent off - after all, I never asked them to transfer my shares!
Now we are planning to go to DLP next year and it is also just about time for me to renew the Shareholders Card. Coincidentally, Societe Generale have just sent me a reminder letter to say that they haven't received my forms, so I think it's about time I got round to doing this - especially if I need to prove my ownership to renew my card.
However I'm confused by one of the fields on the form - it says "Signed At:" and then a blank space. What do you think they want here - my address? I have to sign and date just below that, so it's not those they want.
Did anyone else receive this form - if so, what did you put here? I've also got to try and get my head around what forms of identification they require. My passport is one, but I'm not sure if I have any of the others.
