Shareholders Renewal

Hi just having a panick

I renewed my shareholders membership on the 28th of May 2012, via email with the documents scanned.

We are going in August and having looked at threads it seems as though it is taking several months before cards are sent out. Really worried that will not have an uptodate card now for our holiday.

Do you normally get an email to say they have recieved your details?

Do I need to phone them as my membership card is now out of date.

I got an email saying they received the documents & that my membership had been renewed. I waited about 6 weeks for my new card which is the norm for renewal.

The cards get sent out in batches. Having said that I have never emailed mine. Mine have always been faxed or sent snail mail, didn't know they could be sent via email.

Thanks maybe I need to resend it to them via snail mail. Just worried about getting it in time.
Has anyone ever phoned to ensure that they have recieved it.

You could email them on the shareholders email address, saves a phone call. I have always had a fairly quick response.

Thanks have just sent them an email.

If I don't hear from them then I will post documents on Tuesday and phone them next week.
