Shareholders renewal

My membership is up for renewal at the end of this month.
Just thought I would let you know that I was pleased to receive an email from the shareholders club with the renewal pdf attached

Thats great they seem on top of things at the shareholder club at the moment.

Your new card will have a magnetic strip on according to the magazine. They can swipe it now instead of having to write the number down.

Just got mine too! I read it that the magnetic swipe will also work out our discount automatically rather than the CM searching for ages through those dog-eared discount pages!

Does anybody have an e-mail address of number I could use as ALL our stuff comes to us in french but am I right in thinking you get your stuff in english.

I'd just like them to change their records so we can get stuff we can read!

When I get my newsletter it is in French and English, although our annual pass newletter was in French only.

I've had a similar blip getting info in French. The email address that Elaine gave sorted it all out for future correspondence

I'm pleased about the discount thing being in the strip too. I've often had to tell CM's how much discount I am entitled to.

Fill out the papers and mail,fax or send bij snail mail.
Ad a copy of your shares !!!!!!
