Shareholders Club renewal

I did get the missing form emailed to me and I posted it back to them, still waiting on my new card. :)

I have had trouble with sending them stuff by email, they sent me a copy of my renewal form but the pdf wouldnt print out, so I had to send them a scan of a letter saying I accepted the terms and conditions, but they are saying that this is blank and would I be able to send it in either MAC or Safari. So I will now have to fax this to them, which means a 20 mile round trip to the nearest town!!

I had this problem, but re-sent it in a new pdf file and that was fine went throught within an hour

I have just had a web chat with an agent at halifax, as I need proof of share ownership to renew my pass. He said he can do all that for me, so I just have to wait for the new card to arrive?

Seems to easy to me, anyone else had this experience?

No rush for card, so will see what happens......

How exactly is he going to do that :confused3? You have a form to complete from the shareholders club which has to be sent off with your current share holdings.

I've had an email this morning confirming my renewal and letting me know my new card is on it's way, so the Halifax valuation form (printed off the website)is an acceptable proof of ownership. :thumbsup2

I know, I thought it was a it weird, so I did question it, but he says he has done it, and it even applys to renewals. :confused3

Think I'll do as Jill has done and print off thing from web and send that off too!

Another successful renewal here, using just the print out of the Current Valuation from the website. Faxed it off at 10am and got an email 2 hours later, saying that it was done and card would be in the post. Phew! I clicked on 'printer-friendly view' before printing - if you do that it looks more like a proper letter with the logo than if you just print it as is.
