shareholders club renewal?

Hey all, I have a question.
It's two years ago that I applied for the shareholder's club, so I guess it's time to renew the membership. But how? Do they contact you or do you have to be proactive?

You also need to send recent documentation that you still own the shares & it does have to be recent. I had a problem renewing mine because Caceis hadn't sent me a recent statement. After several emails I managed to get it renewed.

My bank sends me statements on a regular basis, I just have no clue where they are. I think I'll have to do some searching tonight...
