Hi there, i am new to the boards and i'm wonder if you could help.

I have bought shares, posted off my contract note and membership form 2 weeks ago but have heard nothing.

I have emailed twice with no response and have phoned but there is a recorded message in french which i think says to leave a message

can anyone help? thank you

I filled in the on-line form and then posted them a copy of my proof of purchase along with a printed version of the on-line form which I had signed. I got an e-mail about a week later titled "Confirmation of your Membership to the Shareholders Club". The address this message came from was eurodisney@clubactionnaires.com so you could e-mail that and see what they say.

I am still waiting for my shareholders club card but I had heard that it can take 6 weeks or so for it to arrive so I won't worry about it until 6 or 7 weeks have passed.

i've been waiting 8 weeks for mine now, i've also emailed twice and not got a response but did eventually get to talk to a very nice lady on Friday who said my card was in the post. i'd been phoning and getting the same recorded message as you but managed to phone about lunch time and got through. as most seem to take at least 6 weeks i wouldn't worry until after Christmas. when i did get to talk to someone she did ask me if i was travelling really soon because she would email me a temporary card if need be, i'm not going until Feb so didn't need it before then.

Thank you for your help as i was getting worried! I wil try phoning again.

It didn't help my worry that i had paid for a dream pass from ce-multiadvantage and they lost my payment! It took alot of emails and about a week to sort out.

The shareholders club works French office hours, so you need to call them before 4pm our time ideally.

I'm still waiting for my card and am travelling quite soon, what is the number you are calling? I think I need to try calling as they are not responding to my email requests for a temporary card

I have been calling this number on the shareholders club website, i gave up in the end! they finally answered my email and told me my card would be with me in about 6 weeks.

I brought my shares begining of October, sent off forms and got an email on the 20th October with my membership number and saying my card would be in the post.

2 months later i get a response saying the following:

Dear Donna,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Your membership card was sent on December 16th and you should receive it soon. In the meantime, please find attached to this e-mail a temporary certificate in pdf version.

Really Should it take that long to send?

it can take up to 12 weeks for the shareholders club card to be printed (they are done in batches) and sent off to your home address, although often the process takes 6 weeks or less.

Mine only took 4 weeks, it arrived today. Yay! I was just thinking they must do them in batches and I was obviously just lucky that I applied close to when they were doing a batch. It seems a few people are receiving them this week so hang in there!

I had a similar experience, and got worried as the answerphone message (yes, it does say leave a message after the tone!) seemed to be for a private number. Thinking outside the box I rang the shareholders booking line and was told the reason its a "personal" number is that there's only one person who deals with this Once you get through to her she's very helpful - She asked me to send through a fresh copy of the signed form (I scanned it and attached to an e-mail, but a fax would do) and almost immediately I got my "temporary" membership - you can use this the same as a card, it has your number and everything.

Don't forget they are one hour ahead as well - they may have stopped work for Christmas now Good luck!!

Happy Christmas to me My card arrived today and a really good thing is that it runs for 2 years up to dec 2013 So happy now,
