Shareholders Club Application

Hello I sent off my shareholders club application a couple of weeks ago, with my card details to pay the fee. I was worried that I had filled something in incorrectly (esp where you have to put in your card details) so I sent a covering letter with all my contact details for them to confirm they had recieved the application and for them to contact me if there was a problem....and never heard anything!

Me being my paranoid self emailed the shareholders club (using address from the webpage) at the beginning of the week and they have not replied to me

Has anybody else managed to hear back, or been contacted if there was an error with the application?

I too was paranoid about my application so I emailed all my info off and then I followed up with an email to a person who delt with the shareholders club application. I got the contact into here on the dis, but I just looked and didn't save it. Perhaps if you search you might find the email address. I'll have a look and see if I can find it as well. When I emailed them I recieved confirmation very quickly.

When paranoia strikes me after waiting to long ,in my eyes, I give them a call.

There always very polite and every time they just tell me its very very busy.
So no worries.

A call is better for my hart and my paranoia
