Shareholders Booking Discounts

Hey All,

My night for several different questions / requests.

Can anyone tell me about Shareholders discounts for bookings please.

The website says you can receive a 10% discount on:

"On “Classic” & “Bella Notte” packages excluding transport, on rooms only (offer limited to 2 consecutive nights and 2 rooms per stay). Available on all room types except Suites, Castle Club Park View rooms and Family rooms."

MY questiosn are:

a) The text above says that it can only be for - what effectively is a 3 day / 2 nights package.

a1) Any idea if they are flexible (above 2 nights) on this?
a2) If you were looking for a longer package, would that take the 10% off the cost of the 2 nights, and then charge you the full price for the reminder?.


b) What is a "Classic" or "Bella Notte" package?.

We got shareholders discount for our 11 night stay in the summer so I can confirm that the 2day window can be extended

Hiya we got it on our 4 night stay so i don't think they stick to the 2 night stuff

Am I correct in my thinking that the 10% offer cannot be used in conjuction with other offers - such as 3 Nights for price of 2 style offers?.

Classic - I think includes passes, Bella notte - I think is room only and It's my understanding you cannot use it on 3 for 2 offers but you can only ask
