Shareholder phone

When I called I got a message in French as it should be. But I don't have a clue what they are saying. Do I leave a message? Does the line get answered?

I wanted to check on room discounts and am dialing the number from the website.

Last time I phoned the shareholders line and it was a message I just waited until the speaking stopped, stayed on the line, and a real person picked up and spoke to me (in English once I said Hello).
