I am soooo jealous.. My family lived in CT and I was born there but moved to TX when I was around 6.. I still have a brother and uncle there and they were talking about the snow.. I miss it so much.. Dont get me wrong.. I love the warm weather here but sometimes I miss the snow.. I still remember playing in it when I was young..

Last night, coming out of Applebee's, we found a thong in the snow. Of course, my friend took a picture!

It looks the same here. We have over a foot and it is still snowing. Dbf is shoveling out while i'm stuck inside. I can't wait to get home to see if my dog loves the snow or not. Safe driving to everyone.

I am going to try to post some pics, sorry so dark, sun is not out.

The wind blew so hard and snow so heavy, it blew our USA flag on house down.

PS - I shall never think of Applebee's the same again!!

Here's our monster snow storm. It was predicted to be the biggest storm of the season.

This is about the biggest snow we've had in 3 years and yes we were out playing in it at 6:30 in the morning before it melted (DS's first American snow) wonder what the neighbors thought

I do have sympathy for all you with very large amounts, one GOOD snow a year would be great with me.
