Here are some pics I took myself at the end of Splash Mountain.
This is DS11 after the ride:

This is my DS 8 looking a little drippy:

Here's my DH. Yes, he taped most of the ride!

How scary is Dinosaur? I made a deal with DH to ride it and Space Mountain. :scared1: It was the only way I could get him to go back. What was I thinking?

This ride is not scary at all. You ride in the jeep through prehistoric times while dinosaurs chase you. It is lots of fun. The ride can be a little jerky, but that is the worst of it. The jeep runs on a track and it isn't like a roller coaster or anything. After you go on it you will probably feel silly for not riding it sooner. Have FUN !!

This was my best night shot, Kodak easy share 6 megapixel camera, I braced myself against something to get a steady shot. I added a poster edges effect to bring out detail.

Luv Bunnies-How funny! I know how nice it feels after the plunge and into the water! (I have never been on Splash, but have been on both water flume rides at Islands of Adventure) You feel like you conquered the world! lol!
And your husband is pretty brave for taking a video camera on the ride!

dmthoma76-Thats a nice shot! Especially in the dark!

Alright I don't know if this counts, but I took pictures of the pictures you can buy at DL this Feb 07.

Here's Rockit Space Mountain. I'm in the front row in the yellow top.

Then on Tower of Terror...I'm in the pink striped polo in the middle row.

We have over the years bought a lot of pictures at WDW. I need to scan those once I get a scanner. :rolleyes1

How funny Kabbie! I'm not the only picture thief! My family had the whole car on both EE and Dinosaur this past trip. If I wasn't so dang cheap, I should have bought them. Especially the EE one with my brother's cheezy, fake scream!

I think Dinosaur is very scary! Its the only ride at WDW that terrifies me. Something about that T-Rex jumping down at me freaks me out every time. The two times I rode it my head is in my hands for the picture. I may try it one more time in Sept. Maybe I'll be able to see my face in the picture this year!

LOL, I agree!! That one at the end, oh my, I scream every time I go on it! But I still love the ride. :)

I'm the scared crapless one on the far left... Notice my friend next to me, she had a great time.

Not my best picture, and once I opened my eyes, I enjoyed it.

Love that pic, disjointed! :) Glad you had fun.

Really??? Tell me how for our next trip there!

Very simple, very easy . . . as you exit BLAB, you walk through an area with computer kiosks. You find your picture, enter your email address, and a link is emailed to you. You have something like 30-60 days to download the image before it's gone from their servers.

Thanks so much! I'll need to pass this along to my family, too!

Here is one of me and my 2 daughters, we are on the front row on Test Track. This is from Disney's PhotoPass. I hope they add more rides to the photo pass option soon.

Here is another one of my DH and daughters on EE. My DH and one daughter are on the 2nd row and my other daughter is on the 3rd row with a man we didn't know. :rotfl: It is funny that my youngest daughter looks terrified in both picutres because she LOVED both rides. The looks on both kids faces are priceless!

Here's me, the hubby, and our two friends pretending to be scared on Test track...

And here is me terrified for my life on EE. I'm in the middle sitting next to DH who's having loads of fun. In the front is our two friends and in the back is my cousin and her son. BTW this was the first day on Year of a Million Dreams, hence our blue mickey ears! We were lucky enough to get them that day :cool1:

These BLSRS pictures are from early this year, after the big Disney marathon my DH and I ran! My DH, my baby, and I stayed back at the resort to rest while my DBIL, DD, DS, DMIL, DFIL, all hit the MK. Here's my DD with my DMIL:

Here's my DBIL and my DS:

and then my DFIL:

and the funny part about that last picture was, he was completely serious! I'm sure he was ecstatic to have his own "ship". :rotfl:

This series of pics reminds me of the last time I was at MK on Buzz Lightyear. We befriended a group in front of us in line. It was a younger married couple with the husband's older parents. Through the whole line the couple was trying to explain what the ride was and how you have to shoot at things for points. The couple were obviously regulars, because they were mentioning specific targets in specific rooms to get maximum points. The whole time, the parents seemed totally overwhelmed by the complexity of their "duties" and by the time we got to the front of the line they didn't even want to get on the ride.
When we all got to the end and looked at our scores, the couple had pretty decent scores, the mother had 000000, and the father scored over 700,000! The couple was totally speechless. After talking with them for a minute we found out the father was a aircraft gunner in WWII! I guess he never lost his touch! When the photos came up on screen he looked JUST as intent as your DFIL! :rotfl:

I am going to bump this wayyyy up (been over a year I do believe!). As you can see we are cheapskates who takes pictures of the pictures...:rolleyes1

First, is me and my friend Laura on Splash Mountain- we are on the back row wearing sunglasses to ensure our make-up doesnt get ruined!!

The second is of me and my friends (CMs!!) on EE...Me and Laura on the front row...this photo wouldn't have been shown if Lauras skirt had of ridden up anymore!!

DSC01013.jpg
