In my disney folders I keep a calendar to write times and ADR's on,a 3 ring pencil pouch to hold, pencils, pens, page markers, stamps, address labels, little post it's note, then page dividers with folders on them labeled :
current info--new reservations and all new info
packing list--one for each family member,
things to do--ideas for fun things, park maps and such
dining--menus and notecards with each days ADR's on them
directions--driving, and maps of resorts and surrounding area
tips-- may from this site
phone numbers and addresses --emergency , doctors, pet sitters, friends etc.
old info-- old reservations and papers (can't bear to throw them away)
tips for future trips (our likes and dislikes for next trip).
I have used this since 2004 and would be lost without it, I am sad though, I have worn this one out and need to replace it this year!!

I am sure I will make improvements, also make sure you keep extra notebook paper in it.
