My walking yesterday produced a small blister on my foot when my shoe came loose at a point I couldn't stop and retie it thus it rubbed to a blister.

So as a result of the blister, I didn't walk as much today. However We did manage to somehow walk 2 miles this morning on the padded walking track. It hurts less when I am moving...

but because my eating's been all out of control the past few days.
Fortunately I've been keeping up the exercise so I haven't done any damage versus the scale, but being off track 3 days out of the week isn't going to get me where I wanna go. I need more accountability.
). Anyway, cruddy eating aside, I'm considering myself on track for my goal this week.

I am not sure what my total weight loss is, but I think it is about 11 pounds.
