Shakes/Smoothies included in Basic DP?

We made our ADRs on Friday yay and can't wait! I've been looking at some of the menus and noticed some very yummy looking shakes, especially from WCC, 50's PT and Sci Fi. Do these count as a drink on the Basic DP? Thanks for your help!

I think it varies from restaurant to restaurant. I've had smoothies on the plan and I've had to pay oop for them as well.
