Here's a list of what MGM Guest Relations provides to the average guest (per allears):
Guest Relations - Located near the main entrance to the left of the turnstiles. There is also a Guest Relations desk just inside the park on your left, as well as at the corner of Hollywood and Sunset, in the Hollywood Junction. Guest Relations provides the following assistance:
-- Messages for separated parties
-- Lost and Found
-- Disney Dollar exchange
-- Foreign Currency exchange
-- Information about services for guests with disabilities
-- Information about Sign Language services
-- Information about behind the scenes educational programs
-- Information on VIP tours
-- Disney resort reservations and dining priority seating
-- Guide Maps in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Japanese
You must have encountered a generous CM or are entitled to VIP services that SOG guests and most Disney guests, for that matter, would not be eligible for. I'm not trying to create an argument here. I'd just hate for people to read about your experience getting boarding passes at a park Guest Relations center and think it's the norm for everybody, creating hassles and confusion for CMs and guests alike. Many Disney and off-site resorts provide airline boarding pass service for free or a nominal fee (such as SOG). One's hotel guest relations is the most appropriate place to inquire about such servce.
Geez, this has gotten a bit off-topic. My apologies to the OP who only wanted to know about using a printer.
