Shades of Green - Linked reservation on MDE keeps disappearing

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? With the new policy that allows certain non-Disney resorts to link on My Disney Experience, I recently linked our Shades of Greene summer stay. It appeared to link fine although I had to select the other members of our party to the reservation, but it worked correctly best I could tell.

Some time later, I looked on the app and the reservation was gone. I assumed it was just a glitch so linked it again. It appeared to again work fine and then today I saw it was gone again. I linked it once again, but am now concerned it will just keep disappearing. Our FP+ day is coming in a couple of weeks and it just concerns me that I may have difficulties due to the strange disappearance of my reservation. I saw another thread on the Theme Parks board where a person went on at the 60 day mark to book FP+ after having their Shades of Green reservation linked only to find it missing.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is it unique to Shades of Green or also happening for some of the other eligible resorts?

I was not aware this was an option. I tried googling and can't even come up with a list of hotels so maybe it isn't fully working yet? Do you have a link?

You’ll need to call and have Disney IT link your reservation on their end especially because yours keeps disappearing.

Shades of Green has had the 60 day FP window since December.
