Shades of Green: Early Check-in?

When staying at Disney-owned properties I am used to having rooms available as early as 9/10am. This is the first time staying at Shades of Green, 12/30-1/1. What is the earliest you were able to check-in, and have a room available? (I know this is subject to availability, just curious of the possibilities.)

We go 3 times a year. Plan on 3 pm.

You can check in the moment you arrive. If your room is ready you can access your room. If it isn't they will send you a text when it is and get your key then. Last week I was in the room by noon, this week it was almost 3.
