Hi,

I just watched all the seasons for the first time and this one thing is driving me CRAZY I don't know why it matters, but does anyone know if Miranda's "baby" Brady was her real-life baby?

nope - but I believe she was really pregnant during that season. (I'm pretty sure she had a baby during the filming of SATC)

No. I'm pretty sure she had the TV baby before she had her own.

nope it wasn't. I remember reading an article in one of the parents magazines out there that had an interview with the mom of the baby (or babies...can't remember if they used twins or a singleton). Cynthia Nixon was really pregnant when Miranda was, though.
