Sewerage & using your TV

Sorry to bring up the topic of poop, but we all gotta do it!

We have a regular site booking for our TT, no site upgrade so we've just got power & water right?

So we need to take our external sewerage dump tank with us.

If you're not supposed to use your TV once you are there, how do you get the tank to the dump station?

There is no dump station at FW. Don't give up on getting a full hook up site, just keep calling !!

Seriously?! No dump station?! What are you supposed to do? For $70+ a night, and I can't even pee in my own trailer? Or more to the point my 6 year and my newly potty trained 3 year old can't pee in the middle of the night?!

Not kidding, sorry. I have no idea why there is no dump station. There are very nice comfort stations in every loop (bathrooms, laundry, ice machines). I didn't think they would even put an RV with a bathroom in a partial hook up loop....I thought they were pop ups and tents only.

There are three types of loops....partial hook ups (water and elect only), full hook up (water, sewer, elect) and preferred which also have cable. Are you booked on a partial or full hoop up ??

No biggie. I hope you enjoy your trip and be careful...it is addicting and you will be planning your next trip in your mind as you are pulling out of the FW gates, lol.

Just an FYI, some popups do have bathrooms in them. If you need to dump when your are at a partial, FW will tell you to take it to a full hookup site that is not occupied and dump it there. Well, in the sewer drain anyway.

Oh, and you are allowed to use your car inside FW. You are not allowed to use it for touring loops though. You can drive to dump a tank, you can drive to other parks/resorts, and you can drive to the meadows trading post which has about 5 parking spots that limit you to about 15 minutes. They just don't want a ton of traffic around.

Just to clarify, I meant TV = Tow Vehicle, I guess it also means Television too We have a Tow Vehicle, just not a television with our trailer!

bxtx....they knew it was for tow vehicle.Youre pretty new on the boards, one thing you will learn very quickly is that the people on this board WILL NEVER, and I mean NEVER...let an opportunity to to make a joke out of ANYTHING go. And bathroom humor is one of our favorites because were a classy, mature bunch of poor travel trailer trash!!! Well, Im cabin/tent trash because Im to poor to be poor travel trailer trash, but ONE DAY I'll be able to step up to the PTTT level.
