~ Sew Sweet 16 ~I’m packing your angry eyes just in case~Aug 2014~ BFF' bag 8/20!!!!

Getting the trip to Chicago as a birthday present is a great gift.

The latest bag you made looks really great. I love that blue color of the bag

You've done a great job with your weight loss and lifestyle change. I really admire you for the strength you have to keep the new diet and doing your workouts.

How great that your dad is feeling better. I hope you get to visit him next Friday.

It's sad to hear about your uncle. I will keep you all in my thoughts

WO...BIG difference in the year update photos! Way to Go you!!!! :cool1: Sounds like you all had a fabulous time in Chicago, cannot wait to hear all the details...and MO is such a great storyteller! popcorn:: Did you get to go out to a nice meal and wear your new skirt and shoes? THAT is the real question! :rotfl:

First and most importantly - Happy Belated Birthday! :flower3: :cake:
I don't have to ask if you had a nice birthday. I know you did. ;)

I feel like, in this process, I have found the person inside of myself who was hiding from the world, and along with the physical changes, there is a mental confidence I never thought I would find again - partially because I didn't know I had lost it...
I love what you said here. It makes all the sacrifices worth it. :goodvibes
I had experienced an increase in confidence back when I started running. :)

I do have to add, over the course of the weekend in Chicago... I did opt to eat a few things that I haven't eaten in months... Honestly - there was NO way I was going to Chicago and not eat a "real" Chicago hot dog... And I certainly wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to have "real" Chicago deep dish pizza either... I don't feel like these things were a "cheat" for me... They were "allowing myself to enjoy the moment", and I feel like, if I can't enjoy my life, then there is no point to this journey in the first place. I will admit, my stomach was quite irritated at the end of the weekend - and it was SUPER bloated yesterday... but overall... I was very happy with myself and how I handled the weekend eating wise.

D~
I'm glad that you were able to use the Chicago weekend as a test for the WDW trip. We went to Door County, WI over Memorial weekend and I had to cheat a little in order to fully enjoy the experience. But I was very glad to get back to my normal eating when we returned. :)

I had to sneak in and wish a wonderful friend a belated birthday! HAPPY ONE DAY LATE BIRTHDAY:cheer2: I had a lot going on yesterday and didn't get a chance to surf the boards. Sounds like you had an awesome Chicago Dis meet/birthday present.

Do not stop giving us encouragement and updates on your progress, you look amazing! I love to hear your progress and food stories.

So good to hear your Dad is getting back to his normal self; so sad to hear about your uncle. Prayers are continued.

Have an amazing week and good luck in your sewing room! (Your UP bag is adorable)

Hugs and prayers for you and your family.
Carol

Wow! I'm just starting this PTR and I'm only on the first page, but I have to say: wow, your weight loss success is so awesome!!!!! WOW! :) Way to go, getting healthy! And also: your sewing room looks so organized and pretty and I love all the family/BFF photos, too! I will be following along! :)

Happy birthday (a day late)! Your Chicago trip sounds like it was a blast. How fun to meet people through the Dis to become such good friends!
The Dug Bag is so cute!
Thanks for posting your weight loss pics and sharing your story. It's very inspiring that it really can be done! You go!!

It's made me realize that everyone has a starting point and you have to start somewhere to succeed. I still don't see myself as a "Success story", but I see myself as someone who continues to fight for my own health and the version of health that I want to achieve.

D~

Well said! Glad you had a great time in Chicago and were able to enjoy some tasty foods without letting them derail you from your successes. Great picture!

Oh, and I love that Doug bag. Just adorable!

I love the Dug bag! He's one of my favorites because he reminds me so much of my Alex. All we have to do is say "squirrel" in our house and all four are headed to the back window to look out. Well, not Eddie so much since he can't see but he still lifts his head up at the word.

Hahaha... Yah - we do the "squirrel" thing a lot too.

Your before and after pictures look wonderful! I am very impressed with everything you have done to change your lifestyle.

Thank you.

As for the MK FP+ dilemma, Jim and I had no problem stopping at the kiosks and adding a 4th and then a 5th FP+ when we were there last month. There are plenty of kiosks in MK and we never waited more than 5 minutes. And the park was fairly crowded that Sunday, probably not as crowded as it gets in August but we saw 70 minutes waits for Space and Splash Mountains. I would say get the "hard" ones like Anna/Elsa, Mine Train and either Splash or SM for the morning and then add some of the "easier" ones like Jungle Cruise or Haunted Mansion for the afternoon.

Another trick I read about but haven't tried is to "walk" your FP+ reservations if possible. When you make them initially, they cannot overlap so for example you would have to do 9 am - 10 am, 10 am - 11 am, 11 am - 12 pm for the first three. But if you have a smart phone, as soon as you use the 9 am one, you can log on to MDE and change the second one to an earlier time, say 9:15 - 10:15. And once you use the second one, you can change the third. Potentially this could have you using all three of your FP+ before 10 am! Of course I don't think this would work with Anna/Elsa or Mine Train because there probably won't be any availability to move the FP+.

And one last thing that you probably already know but thought I would mention just in case you didn't. You do know that FP+ load at Midnight EST right? Not 6 am like the ADRs. If you want Anna/Elsa I would be waiting at midnight to get that one.

That is very interesting... I have to use all 3 before I can get more, right? Is it a pain to use the kiosks? I've heard that the line for those can be quite long and annoying.

For FP+ for A&E... Do we get the 60+10 rule... Or do I have to log on every day to get my FP+? Because if I wait to do A&E until our last day - I might have a prayer? If the +10 rule applies.

Hi D~ and welcome home!! And belated Happy Birthday!!You share a birthday with Suzi?

Thanks Lois... Nope, we don't share a birthday... Mo's is May 28th, mine is June 2 & Suzi's is June 3... We are very close though, hence the reason we take the trip every year on our birthday weekend. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the pictures of your weekend. I'm anxious to read all about your fun times in Mo's report!

Thanks, me too... I just uploaded all of my pictures from the weekend to Mo's PB account... So, mine are turned in and ready to go.

Loved the latest bag. The colors just pop off the page!! I'm glad you got back to your sewing room and made good progress yesterday. I know you'll make your goal of 10 bags for your auction. You don't know any other way to roll. You are one determined and disciplined young lady!

Thanks... I sure hope so... It's gonna be close this time... I know I will finish #9, not sure about #10 though?

The before and after pics are fantastic! And I think the difference IS profound. You did really well in Chicago and I'm glad the slight deviations in your diet didn't have really bad effects. Good for you.

Thank you... It's been an incredible journey.

I wish you could get more FP + for MK especially. I know that now you can add them after you've used your initial 3, but by then there likely won't be anything you really want anyway. The good news is, going when you are, most everything will be walk-on anyway. At least it is in September. Of course Anna and Elsa will be hard to get no matter what. I think you'll be glad you did that one. I like the idea of your last day being a DTD day. I'm glad you worked everything out to get a later flight. Sounds like a nice relaxing ending for your trip.

That's what I am worried about... There won't be anything left that I want anyways... Then does it pay to use all my FP+ right away in the morning when lines are non-existent anyways? :confused3

Don't worry about talking about your lifestyle changes. We are all interested and want to encourage and support you on your journey! Hope you have a great day either at Target or in your sewing room. Glad you're back!

Thank you Lois.

I just read Ariana's post and will tell you that we did exactly what she describes with our FP+ in February. We changed the times after we used one. It worked out great!

Interesting... And there were still good FPs left so you could move them around?

Hi!

I am getting there i promise.. But i need PICTURES!!! you guys have more pictures of the first two days i didn't take out the woobie until Friday...

As for the EPIC DIS MEET Update I promise to write this.. PROMISE! But being off since last week Tuesday i have to play catch up on this dang report! Stay tuned!!!

I sent you all 150 pictures yesterday, so you should be good to go from me. :thumbsup2 Super excited to hear about the weekend. Miss you tons already!

It was so great meeting you guys Friday! I was honored to be able to be part of the Epic Dis Meet - Chicago Edition! Wish I could have spent more time with you guys but I still only get 2 weeks of vacation and of course one of those weeks will be in Disney!!

Congrats also on your weight loss achievements. I love seeing others succeed and it helps give me the boost I need to work harder so that hopefully one day soon I can share my success story too!

It was so much fun meeting you Nikki! And I totally understand - I just know you will have a fantastic trip, you are going at such a great time of the year.

Thank you... I look forward to reading your success story too... I find them very motivational. :thumbsup2

How great that your dad is feeling better. I hope you get to visit him next Friday.

Thanks Lillian! Yes, I am glad my Dad is feeling better - he still doesn't seem quite himself, but he is getting there.

WO...BIG difference in the year update photos! Way to Go you!!!! Sounds like you all had a fabulous time in Chicago, cannot wait to hear all the details...and MO is such a great storyteller! Did you get to go out to a nice meal and wear your new skirt and shoes? THAT is the real question!

Thanks Oopsi! We had a fantastic time in Chicago - cannot wait to do it again... (the Island of) Maine edition, of course.

Sadly, I did not get a chance to wear my skirt and shoes... We had every intention of doing so, but something happened... :scratchin Don't wanna give up the entire TR... :scratchin

First and most importantly - Happy Belated Birthday!
I don't have to ask if you had a nice birthday. I know you did.

Thanks Sue - I did have a nice birthday.

I love everything I am doing for myself, so I don't feel like I am making sacrafices at all, as I had done the previous times I've tried (and failed) to make these changes... Which is why I think these changes will be more sustaining... If that makes any sense? LOL Sometimes I type, but I am not sure what I say is comprehensable. :rotfl:

Glad you had a great trip to Door County... I would love to go there some day.

I had to sneak in and wish a wonderful friend a belated birthday! HAPPY ONE DAY LATE BIRTHDAY I had a lot going on yesterday and didn't get a chance to surf the boards. Sounds like you had an awesome Chicago Dis meet/birthday present.

Thank you Carol. How are you doing? HOw is Shane? Feel free to PM me if you'd like.

Thanks... I hope that some day I can inspire someone/anyone to make some good changes in their lifestyle - it would be the ultimate compliment.

Yes, the news about my uncle is quite sad... And it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Thank you for your prayers.

Thanks - you too!

Wow! I'm just starting this PTR and I'm only on the first page, but I have to say: wow, your weight loss success is so awesome!!!!! WOW! Way to go, getting healthy! And also: your sewing room looks so organized and pretty and I love all the family/BFF photos, too! I will be following along!

Welcome Ariel! I am very happy to have you here. :lovestruc Thank you... It's been a long learning process - but I am really enjoying it and how it's impacted my life in so many ways.

LOL - well, my sewing room is a disaster right now... with 8.5 auction bags under my belt in the last 6 weeks and my custom orders on top of it - it's a PIT in there. :scared:

Thank you, I will pass along the compliments to dd #1 (Alli), she was the photographer for all of them... :artist: So very proud of her and her talent.

Again, welcome - very happy to have you here.

Happy birthday (a day late)! Your Chicago trip sounds like it was a blast. How fun to meet people through the Dis to become such good friends!
The Dug Bag is so cute!
Thanks for posting your weight loss pics and sharing your story. It's very inspiring that it really can be done! You go!!

Thanks Carrie! It's been amazing creating such great friendships here... I truly love it!

Thank you... Yes, it really can be done... The first part of the journey was much harder than it is now, but everyone has to start somewhere. :thumbsup2

Well said! Glad you had a great time in Chicago and were able to enjoy some tasty foods without letting them derail you from your successes. Great picture!

Oh, and I love that Doug bag. Just adorable!

Yes, it was a great time... Cannot wait until next year when we do it again.

Thanks! It was a fun bag to make.

I keep meaning to stop by your PTR/TR, my apologies that I have not done that yet... I am in the final stretch of my auction bags, then I cannot wait to have some of my Dis time back again. But I will get there, I promise. :thumbsup2

**********************************************************

Yesterday was a busy day in my sewing room... I had to finish up quilting this week's custom order... It didn't take me long, but it kind of threw my schedule off for the rest of the day. Sigh. The applique for this bag is detailed, so I was able to get it cut out/pieced and I started stitching it, but I still have a bit of stitching left to do. I really hope to get that done tomorrow, and hopefully start on the assembly... With any luck - I will finish the bag. I hope. Sadly, I cannot work in my sewing room on Friday... So, I will have to make the accessory this weekend. Which means... I won't touch Auction bag #9 again until the weekend/ next week. At this point, I am certain that I won't get to #10. It will be a miracle. I have until the end of next week to finish these auction bags.

News from my uncle is not good. I don't have any updates from yesterday, so I can only assume that there haven't been any changes to report. Your continued prayers are coveted.

I work at Target today... Not looking forward to going back - I could really use this day in my sewing room, but it's not to be.

I hope you all have a wonderful day. Sending out prayers and good thoughts to all of you. :grouphug:

D~

I guess I never realized that about your birthdays. Very cool. One of our son-in-laws as well as one of my friends has a birthday on June 2nd also.

As far as the FP+ and changing the times, I was really surprised that there were things I wanted and needed available. A couple of times we missed our time and I was able to get an even better time. One was a Rapunzel M&G, but I don't remember the other ones. I'm with you on the thought of not using FP in the morning when things are walk on. The exceptions of course would be Soarin, TSM, and TT. I think it's going to take a few trial and error trips to get it to work the best for our style of touring. And of course, they will be probably be tweaking it here and there for a while as well.

I hope you have a great day at Target today and it flies by for you. Don't sweat the 10th bag. I'm sure you'll make more than enough without it.

Praying for your uncle and all your family. What a sad thing.

That's what I am worried about... There won't be anything left that I want anyways... Then does it pay to use all my FP+ right away in the morning when lines are non-existent anyways? :confused3

D~

We have been to WDW three times since the new fp+ system started. The rides that are typically walk on's or short waits will still be walk on's or short waits when you go on your trip. So you can use your typical rope drop strategy for those rides. My suggestion is to plan your fp+'s so that you do the most important ones in a logical order in order to maximize park time and short lines. The key to successful use of fp+ is to have a smart phone or small wifi device in your group. Then if you walk up to a ride that you have a fp+ for and it has a short line, you can change it to another ride. People have been reporting that there has been a lot of availability for their favorite rides. A device that you can use to change your fp+'s while in the park is the key to success with this system. It was fun to walk up to a ride, we did it with several, including Buzz Lightyear, and make a fp+ reservation while you are standing outside of the ride, and then walk on the ride five minutes later, while everyone else is in a 1/2 hour standby line. It was great. :)

Morning!

FP+ are 60 +10 so if you are planning your Anna/Elsa one for later in your trip that will hopefully work. I don't think you will have trouble with the Mine Train one because they issue way more FP+ for that one then they do for a meet and greet.

When I was there in February with my family we saw very long lines for FP+ at Epcot. That was before off site guests were able to book ahead of time. When I was there last month the lines were not as bad. Of course I really only paid attention to the lines at MK because we did not add FP+s at HS or Epcot and we didn't even go to AK. Here's a quick synopsis of our FP+ use at MK:

We had 3 FP+:
11:00 - 12:00 BTMR
1:00 - 2:00 Buzz Lightyear
2:00 - 3:00 SM

When I learned about the ability to add a 4th (and yes you have to use the first three first), I thought about going back and changing them to earlier times but never did because we were planning on focusing on meet and greets in the morning (which we did).

We used our first two FP+ and then used the Space Mountain one right at 2 pm. We got in line at the FP+ kiosk that was right between Buzz and Monsters Inc as soon as we finished . There was one family in front of us so we waited about 5 minutes till it was our turn. I wanted Haunted Mansion but the first available time was 5 pm which didn't work for our ADR at Kona. So instead I picked Jungle Cruise for 3:15 pm. A CM was there and did everything for us and it seemed pretty easy for her to scroll through and check different rides. We went and saw the Monsters Inc show right there (so nice to not have to run to the other side of the park to get the FP), then headed over to Adventureland and used the 4th FP+. JC had a 40 minute wait so the 5 minutes we spent in line getting the FP+ was worth it. After we got off of JC, Jim wanted to look in the stores on Main Street so we headed that way. There was another FP+ Kiosk next to Aloha Isle so we stopped there. Once again there was one family in front of us so 5 minutes later I was able to get a Haunted Mansion FP+ for 10:30 pm. I got it so late because our plan was to leave the park, go to Kona for dinner, then back to the room for a few hours, then return to MK which was open till 2 am. So we ended up using 5 FP+ that day but I'm pretty sure if we hadn't left the park for a few hours we could have used several more.

Hopefully that will give you a little idea of how it all works. :)

Now a question for you. Mom and I are going back in October and we were going to stay at POP because Mom wants to go cheap. But I prefer the moderates when there are two people because of the double sinks. So for her birthday in September I upgraded us to POFQ! It's the only moderate I haven't stayed at yet. I'm hoping the bag tags will come before her birthday so I can mail them to her but if not I'll probably just make some kind of card. So, since you are the expert for POFQ, any building recommendations? Any tips you can tell me about the resort? :thumbsup2

Have a great day, I hope your time at Target flies by!

I haven't been around here during an auction time before, so I'm not exactly sure how they work. Would it be possible to do the 10th bag a week or two later as a bonus auction? Or would that just create way too much work for you? Your auction will be successful whether it is 9 or 10 bags!

I have been swamped at work this week. Swamped beyond my comfort level, and putting in more hours than I feel like is fair to my family. Unfortunately, I see it being like this for the next several months. :faint:

Happy belated birthday! I didn't realize the EPIC DISMEET was a birthday trip, how fun!

Hope Target goes well today!

Guess who just booked pofq with a free dining pin 9/27-10/5!!!!!!!!!!! It's finally official...... Dd8 keeps asking why I'm so happy when I have to go to work tonight! I think I'm gonna start a ptr!

I hope you got some work done in the sewing room...I saw your FB post.

I think I have finally caught up from Monday. Now I get to start on next week!:rotfl2:

Oooo - but I did get in the sewing room this weekend and I'll take pictures tonight. I can't post them here because it's some pixie dust heading out, but I'll try and post them on FB

Hang in there.

FYI... Mo started the Chicago TR... I will post a link to it in the morning because I am on my tablet now and can't post a link... But most of you follow her ptr anyways. :thumbsup2. And if you don't, you should... She is an awesome writer and photographer. :lovestruck

D~

I guess I never realized that about your birthdays. Very cool. One of our son-in-laws as well as one of my friends has a birthday on June 2nd also.

Yes, we discovered this last year while we were planning the Minnesota edition... It explains a lot about us, acutally. :rolleyes1

As far as the FP+ and changing the times, I was really surprised that there were things I wanted and needed available. A couple of times we missed our time and I was able to get an even better time. I think it's going to take a few trial and error trips to get it to work the best for our style of touring. And of course, they will be probably be tweaking it here and there for a while as well.

This surprises me... Hopefully we are able to walk some of our FP+... Or, at least get a few earlier ones so there are some left by the time we get there.

I hope you have a great day at Target today and it flies by for you. Don't sweat the 10th bag. I'm sure you'll make more than enough without it./quote]

Thanks for the vote of confience Lois... It's just the whole idea of trying for 10, but only making 9.. Sigh.

Praying for your uncle and all your family. What a sad thing.

Thank you... I have not had an update for a few days. I will text my aunt today to see if she has the time to tell me anything.

We have been to WDW three times since the new fp+ system started. The rides that are typically walk on's or short waits will still be walk on's or short waits when you go on your trip. Well, my thought was to do our normal RD strategy... I can only imagine, with FP+, there are less people at RD, because they don't need to get there so early with their FPs already in hand? Then I was going to try to schedule our FPs for a little later in the day... Not real late, but around the time when crowds start to get heavy... Like 11am or so? :confused3 Would this work? Or would I be better off trying to get them earlier in the day so I can try to get more (possibly less desireable) later?

Morning!

FP+ are 60 +10 so if you are planning your Anna/Elsa one for later in your trip that will hopefully work. I don't think you will have trouble with the Mine Train one because they issue way more FP+ for that one then they do for a meet and greet.

Thanks Ariana... This is good to know. I was initially going to try for A*E for our arrival day, but the more I think about it, the more I think I'll be better off trying for A*E on our 60+7 day... I probably won't have much luck since there are already 3 days ahead of me, but I would say that my luck is better for that one than our arrival day?

When I was there in February with my family we saw very long lines for FP+ at Epcot. That was before off site guests were able to book ahead of time. I do like that you don't have to criss-cross the parks a bazillion times to get FPs... That, to me, is HUGE. But it seems like you are able to get a lot accomplished?

Do you know, is there a map that has the locations of the FP+ machines on it?

Now a question for you. Mom and I are going back in October and we were going to stay at POP because Mom wants to go cheap. But I prefer the moderates when there are two people because of the double sinks. So for her birthday in September I upgraded us to POFQ! It's the only moderate I haven't stayed at yet. Have a great day, I hope your time at Target flies by!

Oooh Ariana!!! YOu have no idea how much this excites me!!!! :woohoo:

First of all, FQ is just wonderful... I am so happy for you (did I say that already? LOL)...

I always request building 6... I think most people reqest #4 or #5, so I've always been able to get my request. It's super close to the FC and by walking on the tiny paths between building 4, it's almost a straight shot to the bus stop. Not only that, but if you look at the FQ maps here: http://www.portorleans.org/floorplans.php YOu will see that all of the buildings have elevators, but all of the buildings elevators are on the opposite side of the building to the bus stop/FC - except for building #6... And when we are tired, we use those elevators a lot. So, I would request building 4, 5 or 6 - with an emphasis on bldg #6. :thumbsup2

You are going to love it there, I know you will. It's a gorgeous resort.

I haven't been around here during an auction time before, so I'm not exactly sure how they work. Would it be possible to do the 10th bag a week or two later as a bonus auction? Or would that just create way too much work for you? Your auction will be successful whether it is 9 or 10 bags!

OK - Jennifer - you are BRILLIANT! I think, what I am going to do, is offer 1 custom bag slot to be auctioned off as my 10th bag. :woohoo: WHOOT - there went the stress of completing bag #10. Thank you soooo much!!!

I have been swamped at work this week. Swamped beyond my comfort level, and putting in more hours than I feel like is fair to my family. Unfortunately, I see it being like this for the next several months.

I am so sorry to hear this, I sure hope things slow down for you soon.

Happy belated birthday! I didn't realize the EPIC DISMEET was a birthday trip, how fun!

Hope Target goes well today!

Yes, it's a birthday/friend trip... We don't really do any birthday celebrating, but we do celebrate our friendship, and that's the best part!

Guess who just booked pofq with a free dining pin 9/27-10/5!!!!!!!!!!! It's finally official...... Dd8 keeps asking why I'm so happy when I have to go to work tonight! I think I'm gonna start a ptr!

ACK!!!!!!!!! Another person is staying at FQ!!!! I am soooo excited! YOu are going to love it... Have you stayed there before? Let me know if you start a PTR, I would love to follow along (after I get these darned auctions done... LOL)

I hope you got some work done in the sewing room...I saw your FB post.

I think I have finally caught up from Monday. Now I get to start on next week!

Oooo - but I did get in the sewing room this weekend and I'll take pictures tonight. I can't post them here because it's some pixie dust heading out, but I'll try and post them on FB

Hang in there.

Sadly, I did not get into my sewing room at all yesterday. I did walk past it twice though... :rolleyes1

I cannot wait to see what you made! I'll be stalking your FB page. ::yes::

Thank you.

**********************************************************

First off... before I talk about anything... If you didn't see it above, Mo started the Chicago TR within her PTR... You don't want to miss it... Here's the link:

Watch out Dumbo, There's a bigger Circus coming to Town...Triplets take on the World

So, yesterday was not a very good day for me. After I posted here, I was doing my heavy lifting... I was on my last rep of my 3rd set of dead lifts, and I tweeked my back. I felt it go... So, I put down my weight bar... It wasn't horrible, but I definitely felt it go. Sadly - I think it was worse than I had initially thought. :sad2:

I debated on calling into work, because after my shower, it was still very painful. I did call work, and they assured me that they could give me easy tasks for the day, so I went in. As the day drug on, it was getting worse and worse... at one point, I had "shocks" shooting down into my hips and legs. :confused3 I almost went down, but it was at the end of the day, so I was able to hold it together.

V met me at work after school, we stopped at the bank to get her hedgehog $$, then we went home... Where I put another ice pack on my back and fell asleep in my recliner.

Josh and V went to get her baby hedgehog - her name is "Lottie" - short for Charlotte... and she is adorable. I thought she would be a little less prickly, but she is so cute. Alli took a few pictures of her last night... Isn't she so cute? Poor MM thinks he got a new ball... :confused3

After dinner, I went to bed with a new ice pack, and I took some ibuprofen... I woke up this morning feeling MUCH better... but I am still a lot sore. I don't think I will be working out for the remainder of this week. As much as this makes me sad, I know that my size loss is mostly due to my diet and not to my working out... So, I'll just keep on, keepin' on.

Jennifer (above) came up with brilliant idea for my 10th auction bag... Rather than working like crazy to finish that 10th one, I will finish #9 this week and then for #10, I will auction off 1 custom slot, to be completed with in the next few weeks. Then, I will still have a "10th" bag, but I won't have to rush to complete it. :thumbsup2 Thanks for saving me Jennifer!

Today is the girls' last day of school - they are very excited to be done. I am very excited to not have to wake them up anymore... And have the option of sleeping in a little bit myself.

The family was called together today to say our good-byes to Harold. Harold's tube on his head was blocked so they have removed it. His blood pressure is dropping as well as his body temperature & pulse.
Please pray for a peaceful journey Home.
Thank you all again for all your thoughts, prayers, hugs & support.

Please leave comments on Harold's site at CaringBridge.org as well...

I am at a loss for words, I was so hoping that he would recover. Thank you all for your prayers and words of comfort. :grouphug:

FYI... Mo started the Chicago TR... I will post a link to it in the morning because I am on my tablet now and can't post a link... But most of you follow her ptr anyways. :thumbsup2. And if you don't, you should... She is an awesome writer and photographer. :lovestruck D~
