I'm thinking about calling to make an ADR for CRT Dinner (if I can get one). We are going December 10th-16th and I just read on someone elses thread that the dinner is easier to get than the breakfast. My questions are Do you have to give credit card info when you call disney dining?, When do you pay for the pictures that they take?, What should we wear to the dinner?. I plan to use the dining plan for this meal (I know it will take 2 credits per person)

Thanks for the help!

We are going there on December 9th! They took my credit card number to guarantee that I show up but said they don't charge unless you are a no show. We will also be using dining credits. My daughter is having a bibidi bobbidi boo (yea, I spelled that RIGHT, HA!) makeover that afternoon, then on to the castle for dinner. It is for her birthday.

The price of the dinner includes a picture package, not sure what exactly that means, but I am sure you can purchase extra. If your party is big it will include two picture packages. Hope you have a wonderful time!

I called this am and booked for our Jan trip. They charged my credit card right away. The pictures are already included in the price of dinner that they charge you (for 2 adults it was $96). Not sure about what to wear. As I am searching on this board, there seems to be a lot of negativity about the place but I am thrilled to go anyway and try it for myself! Good luck and happy dining!

We've been to the castle twice - you can wear whatever you want...it's 2 credits but does not have a dress code like the other 2 credit restaurants. They also charged my CC right away, but we are not using the DP for it.

We ate breakfast there in July. They charged my CC when we did our reservations. The photos were included. We're thinking about dinner there in June '07. Let me know how the food is. :wizard:

My mom and I had dinner at CRT the last night of our trip and I was a bit nervous about it after all of the negative reviews on the board. Was the food the greatest? No. Did we have fun? :teeth: And really, the food wasn't awful. The picture package includes a pretty folder type thing with a picture of the castle inside and on the opposite side is a picture of your party with Cinderella. Inside are 4 4x6s of the same shot. There is also a Photopass thingy in there too. You can't add this one to your Photopass CD however (I think - although it could've been since this was our last night, I'm not sure), although you are able to purchase them separately or on-line  We also got a lithograph. So yes, it was very pricey for what we got, but we both had a very good time. Probably won't go in January, but we were very happy to have tried it. And there isn't a dress code. Have fun!

We are on the dining plan and they then use the credit card as a guarantee. I am surprised they did not charge my card because I have not added the dining plan yet but will definately do so soon.
