Seven Dwarfs MVMCP Question

Hello! My partner and I are going to MVCP on December 10. We were hoping to meet the seven dwarfs. Obviously the lines are long. I have seen a lot of people advise to get in line at 4/5 and wait then. However do the crowds die down at all for their meet and greet towards the end of the night or during either of the parades? I'm just trying to strategize. Any help from party goers would be much appreciated.

I was at the party last Friday. The time stamp on our photo with the Tweedles was 7:52. We went straight to the seven dwarfs line and were told the wait was about an hour. The time stamp on our picture with them was 8:43.

The lines for the popular characters don't tend to get much shorter as the night goes on.
