I'm having a friendly debate (really argument) with a friend about weight loss.
What is the most weight *you've* ever lost in a week? What did you do?
What is the most weight that is scientifically possible (barring loss of limbs or something like that) to lose in one week?
She has been on "the Lemonade Diet"
(drinking distilled water, with fresh lemons, cayenne pepper and organic maple syrup) for a few days (eating only organic veggies in addition to this "cocktail" and she swears she's already lost weight. She says people have lost 15-20 lbs in a week doing this.
Is that even humanly possible? I've never heard of anyone losing more than 10 lbs in a week (and even then, a lot of that is water weight so the next few weeks will show smaller losses as the body rehydrates.)
What do you guys think?

So if she loses ten, she'll gain back 7?
