Setting Up MB+.

Do you first have to fully charge a new MB+ before installing the update software? Also, I'm currently charging a new MB+ but it doesn't say "charging" when I go to the link for it under my MDE account. It just says "status unknown". I was able to pair it, but it does not reflect that it is charging. My other MB+ did say "charging" when I was setting it up

Some people report their MB+ came charged. Mine did not. It won’t pair to your phone without being charged.

My band doesn’t like charging. I cannot do anything with it plugged in. And it doesn’t tell me when it’s fully charged or if it is even charging.

It takes me a couple tries each time to charge it.

Unplug it and pair it. Your phone will tell you if it’s fully charged or not.

If it doesn’t pair it’s either turned off or not charged.
