Set price lunch at Le Cellier

We are on the DDP and are going to Le Cellier for lunch. I was checking our menu and saw there is a set price menu option for app, entree & dessert for $28.99.
Can I order this and will it be covered as one TS on my dining plan?
(usually apps are not included?)
