Service at Le Cellier

Hi!

I wanted to send a note to the manager at Le Cellier to praise the superior service we received there during our last trip. Does anyone know the appropriate way to go about this?

They get all letters of praise and/or complaint. They will then pass it down to the manager involved. Usually the higher supervisors also get to see these, so it has a better effect.

Occasionally some of the letters, especially for "Magical Moments" will end up in The Main Street Diary which is a weekly property-wide cast newsletter.
 
We had great service at le Cellier back in September. our server was Mo, he was fantastic :wizard:
 

This is a wonderful idea, I think I will send along a letter. We had Rosie from Vancouver who was great.

Prior to leaving for our trip, I read so many posts state that because of the DDP the service at WDW restaurants had really gone downhill. We never had any bad service during our trip, except in Restaurant Marrakesh.
 
We had Mo last week and had to flag him down twice ... for beverage refills and the check!

We had Rosie from Vancouver as well. We ate there for lunch on Sunday.

I sent an email to the above address on 12/19/05 to praise 3 specific cast members (2 servers and 1 safari driver). We received a call from the "Executive Offices at WDW" today thanking us for sending our note and letting us know that the email had been shared with all the appropriate managers for those CMs. I wasn't home so this was all in voice mail but I thought the "thank you for writing" call was a very nice touch.
 
We had great service there as well. I don't remember the server's name, but he was extremely efficient and had a constant smile - not one of those plastered on fake grins - you could tell he really enjoyed his job. It made the evening that much more enjoyable.
