Server question on Magic

We are traveling on the Magic in February. We have never requested a server but I see people doing it here all of the time.

Last time we were on the Dream we met a server who was just excellent with our children during muster. He had a little squeaker and would use it to “boop” my daughter’s Angel stuffie. It made her giggle for the longest time. I was hoping he would be our server but was so sad he wasn’t. Our servers were good, but not as engaging with our kids.

My question is do you know of a server who is awesome with kids and puts up with a super sarcastic sense of humor from their parents. I’d love to make new friends and be one of those awesome people who “requests servers.” I’ll promsie to take pictures and tell them you said hi!

Agreed. Silvana was our server on b2b cruises on the Magic back in January. We were asked by our head server on the last night of the first cruise if we wanted to stay with the serving team for the second cruise. We were pleased that we could do so.

Agreed. Silvana was our server on b2b cruises on the Magic back in January. We were asked by our head server on the last night of the first cruise if we wanted to stay with the serving team for the second cruise. We were pleased that we could do so.

We had her last january on the Magic. Her partner then was Alexandru. They were both wonderful with our kids.

We recently had Silvana in September on the Magic. Loved her. She was just a great server all around.

Another great server on the Magic is Brendan from South Africa. Very personable and great with kids.

Sorry to pull up an old thread...just wondering what made Silvana awesome for you? Our Magic cruise is coming up and was looking for a server to request. My “kids” are teenagers but they still love the silly jokes, magic tricks, puzzles, etc... is she this type of server?
