Server Error 500 when booking?

The short question is: has anyone else been sent to a page reading "Error 500: Server (malfunction?)" when recently trying to book a reservation? This has happened all three times I've tried to snag the character breakfast at 'Ohana over the past few days.

The longer question is if online booking is a reliable source at all? With these three attempts I also tried phoning in my request with two of the three times ending up with the girls not being able to access the pages either. Tonight the girl said the day we were looking for was already booked up, yet online it said the time I was looking for was wide open. We're trying to go at the end of February 2013.

I'm not giving up hope on getting my mom the family breakfast at 'Ohana she wants for her birthday! Not yet.

Whenever I've experienced such server errors- it meant the date hasn't been loaded into the system yet. It happened to me with Garden Grill back at my 180 mark. It took 4 or 5 days for the slots to be loaded. I called the dining line just to confirm...which is what I'd suggest you do. They can confirm if this is the case.

Thanks for the advice, TiggerTrigger! I managed to book a dinner at the 50's Prime Time for a separate celebration on an earlier day with no trouble so you're probably right. I'll try again for 'Ohana in the next few days and call to confirm about the system.

I'm having all sorts of problems with the disney website tonight on dining and hotel reservations. Can't seem to search for ADRs at all, it's like the request is not going through to the server and it just does nothing. Was lucky enough to find an opening at Cali Gril for the day I wanted, but when I clicked on Make Reservation, it did nothing. So, tried in Firefox (above was all in IE9) and now it says Cali Grill is booked on that day.

Not sure what the problem is...but I'll give it a rest and try again in a little while.

My attempts were all in Google Chrome so it doesn't look like it's browser-specific. I hope we both get what we're looking for!

I got that when tryign to book LTT. I would pick out my time and put in my info and get the error. I ended up calling and booking it with no problem with the automated system.
I was able to book Ohanas for March on Sat. Good luck OP

I ended up calling again and the girl once more had trouble for the date/any time, but ONLY for 'Ohana! Glad you got yours in! Funny enough (considering your icon), I did manage to book a Crystal Palace breakfast so we at least have something and will be trying back later to switch.
