Server Busy Update

Here is an update from WebmasterAlex:

I know everyone has been seeing the "server busy" message often and it's very frustrating. We just keep getting busier and the servers run out of steam. At one point today we had about 2000 users on.
I'm looking for short term solutions but the real answer is another server upgrade and that takes a little time to arrange. I think we have outgrown anything I can do with 2 servers and we are going to have to move to a server farm of 3 servers so it needs quite a bit of research. I'll try to get it done as fast as I can!

Thanks Alex (and Kilee for posting). I couldn't get on the DIS at all from 1 pm to 4 pm yesterday due to the "server busy" message.
