Server Busy Message from Alex

I know everyone has been seeing the "server busy" message often and it's very frustrating. We just keep getting busier and the servers run out of steam. At one point today we had about 2000 users on.
I'm looking for short term solutions but the real answer is another server upgrade and that takes a little time to arrange. I think we have outgrown anything I can do with 2 servers and we are going to have to move to a server farm of 3 servers so it needs quite a bit of research. I'll try to get it done as fast as I can!

We appreciate all your work..but I had to chuckle when I got the message.....just like Disney..it is getting very crowded. I was looking at our pictures from 1983 and was surprised at how small the crowd was on main street. My DD's were standing waiting for us to snap the picture and not one person walked in front of us. In 2004 we attempted the same picture...a lot more people in that picture!!
