sometimes i use a heating pad...or just listening to music actually helps me feel better...lol

Yeah,,i have a heating pad,but i can't find it.And music just gets my mind off the cramps.And i try to sleep.

I don't really get cramps. If I get them, I can't do anything to help them.
They're like stabbing pains.

Otherwise, I don't really PMS. I mean you could say I get pissier, but it's hard to notice because I'm almost always not in a good mood.

I use BC so I've somewhat got control over when I get it.
I messed with it a bit so I wouldn't have it when school started.
I need to go get a new prescription soon though.
